The USA 🇺🇸 basketball team needed a last ditch LeBron James layup to defeat South Sudan, 101-100, in a friendly match ahead of the Olympic Games. 

Coming into the game, South Sudan were ranked 232, and former NBA star Paul Pierce has angered neutrals by disrespecting the Africans, who have qualified for their first ever Olympics. 

South Sudan led by 14 points at halftime, and the USA — with LeBron, Steph, Embiid, and AD — were given a rough time as they struggled to claw back.
