What really happened was that after the game, Ati Zigi was upset with his defenders and was expressing his frustration. Jordan intervened, advising Ati Zigi to calm down and address his concerns in the dressing room, rather than out on the pitch where anyone could record and misinterpret the situation.

In the video, you can see people pulling them apart, but in reality, Ati Zigi was being guided away from his defender while Jordan approached him to suggest a private discussion.
